Titanic Quarter, situated on a 185 acre site, is Europe' s biggest riverside regeneration
project and when complete will include apartments, a hotel, a riverside entertainment
district and a major Titanic themed attraction.

 

Bespoke hard landscaping products were manufactured by Craftstone for the roof-
top apartment gardens and included bench seating in a Portland stone finish and
individual black seats in a granite finish.

 

For the Gateway Office within the development, specialist treads and semi-circular landings were manufactured and supplied in a white precast finish.
